As 2025 begins, it’s the perfect time to look back at the incredible journey we had in 2024 and celebrate all that we’ve accomplished. It was a year filled with milestones, growth, and a continued commitment to the values that matter most to us and our community. From new initiatives to exciting product launches, we’re proud to share what we achieved in 2024.
Becoming a Living Wage Employer
People are at the heart of everything we do, and we firmly believe in paying fair wages to our employees. In 2024, we proudly became a Living Wage Employer by officially committing to the living wage standard. By paying a living wage, we create a fairer and more equitable workplace where all employees can meet their basic needs, which is essential to building a positive, healthy work environment.
2024 also marked the year we took the leap into the world of social media by launching our official Instagram account. Here we were able to connect with our community in ways we hadn’t before. It is the easiest way to keep up to date with our latest updates, discounts, and products, and even see some behind-the-scenes action!

Live Events
We were fortunate to attend several live events in 2024, giving us the opportunity to present our products and services as well as listening, learning, networking and engaging with our wider audiences. We’ve left each event inspired and energised by the feedback, questions, and conversations and are already looking forward to Confex and the Festival of Sustainability in 2025!
Introducing New Products and People
In 2024 we continued our commitment to innovation and providing the best quality products possible by introducing new sustainable solutions. We’re excited to see how these new additions will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers and have so many more ideas planned for 2025.
We also expanded our team this year with new team members who share our values, are passionate about contributing to our mission and will bring fresh ideas to the team.
Working with local charities
At Hunter Operations, we are committed to supporting our local communities. 2024 put us in to contact with Caring in Bristol, a local homelessness prevention charity we are keen to continue supporting and working with. In 2025 we hope to volunteer, support, and work alongside charities such as this to give back to those who need it. We’re grateful to be in a position to make a difference and look forward to deepening our community involvement in the future.
Looking Ahead
Reflecting on 2024, we see a year of growth, new beginnings, and achievement. We’ve made significant strides in our journey toward being more responsible and sustainable, and have had the privilege of connecting with and supporting our community in new ways. These accomplishments reflect our hard work and passion, and we’re incredibly proud of what we've achieved. The milestones of 2024 have set the stage for an even brighter future, and we can’t wait for the journey ahead.
