Delivery & Production
Delivery & Production Timelines
We know timing matters when you’re planning an event. Here’s how our production and delivery process works so you know what to expect.
Production Timelines
Custom Printed Products
Production starts once:
-
artwork has been approved
-
all data has been received and checked
-
payment has been made (where required)
Typical production times vary depending on the product and quantity, but will always be confirmed at quotation or order stage.
If you have a deadline, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to work to it.
Stock Products
Stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability.
Data Deadlines
For products that require names, numbers, or variable data:
-
All data must be supplied by the agreed deadline
-
Late or incomplete data may delay production and delivery
-
Once data has been approved, it will be printed as supplied
We strongly recommend taking the time to check your data carefully before approval.
Delivery Timelines
We use trusted courier services for delivery.
-
Standard delivery is typically next working day after dispatch
-
For event-critical orders, we often allow extra time to reduce risk
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Planning for Events
To reduce risk, we recommend:
-
Allowing at least 1–2 extra working days before your event date
-
Providing artwork and data as early as possible
-
Letting us know your event deadline when placing your order
This gives us the best chance of ensuring everything arrives on time.
Delays and Issues
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
If a delivery is delayed or lost, we will:
-
investigate with the courier
-
keep you updated
-
work with you on the best resolution
