Yes, you can track your delivery. If an order is placed by 1pm we will usually despatch the same day.
Once your parcel is despatched you will receive an email with tracking information from our courier.
Yes! Please contact us to receive a quote for international shipping, prices can vary depending on the delivery company.
Please provide local VAT/Tax number, and full address when placing your order.
For non-printed items, orders are despatched via 24 hour next working day tracked delivery service.
The cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm.
Delivery charge of £10.00 ex VAT per box.
Same day courier or AM delivery is available on request (location dependent).
On printed badges our standard service is 3 working days. We don’t officially offer an express production service, however we can often produce last minute badges for customers. However we can’t guarantee delivery if we receive data less that 3 working days before the required delivery date.
We do offer an express service on printed lanyards and wristbands, there is an increase in price for this service, please contact us directly for more information and quotes.

We can send any non-bulky items including our name badges, lanyards, printed badges, badge card inserts, conference badges, etc.
We can’t send samples of badge trays unfortunately.
Our eco badges work with most lanyard clips (single and double hook) as well as our badge clips (AT2).
If you’re badges are not printing in the correct positions on your paper stock, try the following:
We ask that all data is sent to us by the deadline provided so that badge production remains on schedule. It may be possible to print last minute data, however this is not guaranteed.

You can check with your local council whether they accept the material type in regular recycling streams (for example RPET).
If they do not, feel free to send your used items back to us and we will arrange for specialist recycling for you.
