Hunter Operations is a Bristol-based family business specialising in eco-friendly name badge, lanyard, and wristband printing.

We have many years of experience providing specialist print solutions and offering print-your-own solutions with exceptional customer service. We are committed to sustainability and product innovation, helping to make your events more sustainable.

Sustainability

We care about our impact on the environment and are always innovating to provide more sustainable solutions for our customers and the wider industry.

Our product are made from materials including FSC-certified card, RPET, bamboo, wood, bioplastics, and plantable seed paper to minimise waste and carbon footprint. We are working towards being a net zero company and gaining the accreditations to prove our dedication to the environment.

Printing & Production

Running an event can be stressful. But with our print and production service, we can save you time and hassle!

We provide a complete in-house design and print service that includes full-colour pre-printed badges and inserts, created with your input. We also offer blank branded spares with your artwork and logos ready-printed for you to print data yourselves. Roland wears many hats at Hunter Operations, driving sustainable growth and keeping both team and clients happy — all while balancing football chats, motorbike rides and the occasional finance joke.
Operations Strategist
Hugo develops and implements strategy at all levels of the business. His passions include art, design, horticulture, running, cooking, music, literature, and lots more if you let him get started.
Design & Product Development Manager
Cameron enjoys solving problems through design, creating practical and sustainable ideas that make a difference. He is motivated by projects that look good and do good, and outside work he stays creative as an illustrator.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Alex keeps projects on track and clients supported. Curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for literature and travel shape the thoughtful approach brought to every project.
Marketing & Operations Executive
Anna supports projects, designs artwork, communicates with customers, and assists with sustainability at Hunter Operations. Enthusiastic about people and the environment, she enjoys travel, the outdoors, reading, and relaxing with friends.
